Benj Miller is one of the most seasoned entrepreneurs on the IgniteHQ advisor-in-residence team. The founder of four startups, Benj is intimately acquainted with the trials and tribulations of building a company.
“I love the start; the zero, first, second and third phases,” said Miller. “I get a lot of energy from starting companies and then finding other people to run and grow them.”
Miller’s latest startup Traxion was born out of his own necessity to better manage data at his other startups. Traxion is a software featuring an integrated collection of cloud-based tools to help maximize the strategies learned from Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Today, Traxion is helping dozens of other companies run EOS more efficiently and successfully elevating transparency and accountability.
When this multi-company entrepreneur is not breathing new life into his ideas he is teaching IgniteHQ members how to think about their own businesses. Benj guides our entrepreneurs in establishing successful business processes including branding and marketing.
Benj continues to share his passion for building new businesses in his philanthropic work as well. At Ministry Ventures, a nonprofit providing resources and coaching to empower ministries to thrive, Benj helps ministry leaders develop better business acumen.
Running startups, volunteering and mentoring young entrepreneurs certainly fills the week. When Benj needs a break he strolls down to Marietta Square for lunch and a few coveted moments of peaceful outdoor time.
