Traxion co-founder Benj Miller is passionate about helping small companies succeed. The serial entrepreneur has spent the last decade finding and running startups dedicated to supporting small businesses in achieving their vision and goals.
While Miller is a creative visionary, he is a staunch advocate of using a proven and practical process to grow companies, namely the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) model. Throughout his career, Miller ran the EOS model to grow his own startups until one day he realized a way to do it better.
In true entrepreneurial form, Miller leveraged his own user experiences to build an EOS tool for increasing business efficiency and personal accountability. The outcome? The birth of Traxion.
“I saw a need in the market for companies trying to run EOS,” said Miller. “There was a need for a platform to put the methodology and tactics into a central place for clarity and accountability for the whole team. That was the idea… so then I leveraged my ability to pull together the team and resources to get it off the ground,” Miller said.
Miller put a dynamite team together made of other small business owners, world class implementors, and top development talent. The development team is made up of former and current Kennesaw State University students.
Today, dozens of companies run EOS with Traxion including clients in England and Australia. IgniteHQ provides office space to Miller and his team.
“(IgniteHQ has) provided a central and collaborative workplace,” said Miller.
Miller is not only a member of IgniteHQ, but also an Advisor-In-Residence. He says he’s excited to continue giving back.
“I love to play a role in building great companies, even if they aren’t mine. So I will hang around to help as many of the residence as are eager for help,” Miller said.
